I hold a Diploma in Early Childhood Education, and over time, I have also developed a strong interest in leadership and operations. My inspiration for this career comes from my love for children and their natural curiosity. Watching them explore, question, and grow every day is what makes this field so rewarding. Our dedicated educators are passionate about building strong, trusting connections with children and families. We believe partnerships with families are essential, and we work closely with parents to create a supportive community where every child feels a true sense of belonging.
While we understand that this can be inconvenient, Community Kids is committed to maintaining a healthy environment and reducing the risk of infection for all children. Starting child care is a big milestone, and a little preparation can help your child feel more comfortable and confident. We create Individual Learning Plans for each child, based on their interests, strengths and developmental goals, and partner with families to regularly review and update each plan. Our Government-approved Kindergarten program is delivered by Bachelor-qualified Early Childhood Teachers, supporting school readiness and confident transitions to school. Our team of highly qualified educators hold Diploma and Certificate III qualifications. My child loves it there and I’m really comfortable with all the staff and the centre.

At our Narre Warren early learning centre, we have a  dedicated chef who has been passionately serving our children and families for over a decade. Our menus rotate weekly, offering a variety of nutritious options and changing with the seasons to incorporate fresh and wholesome ingredients. We serve breakfast, morning tea, lunch, afternoon tea, and a late snack, all prepared fresh each day. We cater to all dietary requirements, including Halal and vegetarian, ensuring every child’s needs are met.

I have worked with this age group for the past four years and hold a Master’s degree in Early Childhood Education. Our kindergarten teachers are University qualified and provide a play-based learning program that will support your child in learning the skills for school and life.

At our childcare centre, we instil a lifelong respect for food through nutrition and sustainability. By using fresh produce from our own gardens, we provide a hands-on “garden-to-table” experience that connects every child with nature. My little one has been at a busy bees for 6 months now and I’m really happy, my daughter is thriving & absolutely adores her educators, and I can really tell they care for her too. The centre is the cleanest of all that we’ve toured & the rooms are nice and bright with engaging spaces for the babies. I also really like that their nursery max number of children is smaller. I cannot fault their service and the loving, individualised care my son has been provided with.

We have a qualified cook who cooks fresh, healthy and nutritious meals for the children each day. The centre provides all meals during the day, including breakfast, morning tea, lunch, afternoon tea and a late snack. We have completed a new yard upgrade offering children space to explore the natural constructed environment, mud kitchen, dry creek bed, and so much more.
