Only complaint would be cage door hard to close as bolt was not lined up correctly. But over all very good compared to most looked at. Bruce was great – very knowledgeable and helpful from the time I met him to time of picking up my tailor made trailer. When I collected it, Bruce showed me different hooks and explained how they can be attached to the compartment to make most use of space. Lovely man, professional and polite.
